John Haseldine and Mary Partridge were married by
license at St Peters on 21 September 1801. They
married by license as Mary was a minor
(under 21).
The license, dated 19 September 1801 states
that Mary
is a spinster of Radwell in the parish of
Felmersham,
the daughter of Thomas Partridge who stands
surety for
the marriage. John is a bachelor of
St Peters, aged
21 or above and a poulterer by profession. Mary
signed her name whilst John made his mark. The
witnesses were Thomas Carver and Mary Burt.
