The the Missing Baryon Explorer (MBE) Science Team Members,

and the Hopkins Ultraviolet Background Explorer (HUBE) Science Team Members.

MBE and HUBE have both been proposed as independent missions before,
and EACH has received excellent reviews as a stand-alone mission.

We very much hope that one (or, even better, both) of these outstanding missions will be selected in the current SMEX competition.

Both missions will have excellent Education and Public Outreach programs;
